Salary: Up to £45,000 + Company Car/Car Allowance

The Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mechanical & Electrical Engineer to join a well-established facilities and estate maintenance team supporting critical defence infrastructure. This is a mobile position where you will play a key role in ensuring maintenance, compliance, and technical service delivery across multiple sites.
You will be responsible for supporting the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of mechanical and electrical works, ensuring all activities meet required standards and Safe Systems of Work. The role offers a varied workload, combining technical oversight, stakeholder collaboration, and hands-on operational support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure contractual obligations are delivered safely, on time, and in line with JSP375 requirements
2. Produce and review Risk Assessments and Method Statements
3. Assess the competence of skilled personnel and provide technical guidance
4. Support site teams, supply chain partners, and end users with technical advice
