A high growth, PE‑backed technology business is looking to appoint a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to join its Group FP&A function.
This is an instrumental role for the business, working with key stakeholders to drive decision‑making, whilst utilising strong modelling capability to improve financial visibility.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insight and support decision‑making
* Deliver detailed analysis including KPIs, variance and trend reporting
* Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy and challenge
* Build and maintain financial models to support planning and strategy
* Identify risks and opportunities through analysis of complex data
* Support strategic projects and investment cases across the business
* Drive continuous improvement across FP&A processes and systems
About You
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) essential
* Proven experience within a commercial environment
* Strong analytical capability, able to manage complex data sets
* Advanced Excel skills (including modelling and data tools)
* Experience with PowerBI advantageous
* Confident communicator, able to influence key stakeholders
* Experience operating in a fast‑paced, growth environment
