Multi-Trade Operative
At Build Recruitment, we work exclusively with built environment specialists around the UK. Our client is looking for an experienced Multi Trade Operative for a contract in Chestiefield. Experience in social housing maintenance is desired but not essential. Candidates will be multi skilled and be joinery bias.
Job and duties of Multi-trade operative
* Undertaking repairs and renovating rooms
* Fitting Kitchens
* Bathroom fitting
* Tiling
Multi-skilled operatives must be experienced.
Requirements for a Multi Skilled Operative
* You will need a Full UK driving license
* Proven experience in the maintenance sector
* Be able to provide at least two working references
