This Classroom Support Worker role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about supporting children with autism and moderate to severe learning difficulties in a creative and therapeutic learning environment. As a Classroom Support Worker, you’ll be based in a class of around 6–8 pupils, providing one-to-one and small group support across the school day. You’ll be helping pupils regulate their emotions, participate in lessons, and develop essential life skills.
