We are seeking a Sales Account Manager to join our International Road Logistics team. This role involves generating new business, managing accounts from telesales to delivery, and driving profit growth through effective customer management. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, innovative, and motivated, with a passion for sales and a desire to understand customer needs.
Your Responsibilities
* Generate new prospect leads and accounts via telephone and face-to-face interactions.
* Engage in telesales, face-to-face selling (B2B), negotiations, and presentations.
* Grow gross profit and achieve set targets.
* Meet sales productivity and revenue goals.
* Provide high-quality customer care and accurate quotations.
* Prepare weekly/monthly sales activity reports.
Your Skills and Experiences
* Proactive telesales or cold calling experience, ideally with outbound telesales.
* Experience generating own sales leads is beneficial.
* Ability to work towards targets and KPIs.
* GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above (or equivalent).
* Strong organizational skills.
* Influencing skills.
* Full Driving Licence.
