GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant (TA) to work at a welcoming and inclusive school in Sleaford. Your Key Responsibilities:
Support pupils across different key stages, offering both academic and emotional guidance
Work closely with classroom teachers to assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons
Provide 1:1 or small group support to students who need additional help
Promote positive behaviour and help create a safe and encouraging learning space
Assist with classroom resources and help maintain an organised environment
What You Need:
Experience working with children or within a school environment is desirable
A genuine desire to support young people’s education and wellbeing
Excellent communication, patience, and teamwork skills
A willingness to learn and undergo training if necessary
A full, up-to-date CV covering at least the last 10 years with no unexplained gaps
An Enhanced DBS registered on the update service, or willingness to apply for one
