Their large, prestigious site in Cumbria plays a crucial role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and sustainable transformation of raw materials into valuable resources, supporting both local and global supply chains.

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations / Site Director to lead all operations on site. This is a senior leadership position, responsible for overseeing all aspects of site performance, including operational efficiency, safety, compliance, quality, environmental standards, and team leadership.

Reporting to the Group Operations Director, you will develop and execute strategies to meet production targets, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and foster a strong culture of safety and accountability.
