Responsibilities
* Procurement sourcing strategy and implementation.
* Creation and negotiation of Purchase Orders.
* Invitation to Tender preparation.
* Tender evaluation.
* Administration of tender clarifications.
* New Supplier registration.
* Management of Purchase Orders / Subcontracts and Suppliers / Subcontractors.
* Engagement with internal stakeholders in all aspects of supplier selection, evaluation and risk management.
* Provide advice on pre‑qualification/approval and risk status of Suppliers to the project.
* Ensure regular checks are undertaken to ensure departmental procedures are complied with and adhered to.
Requirements
* Experience in procurement management.
* Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
* Team player with strong independent working skills.
* Problem‑solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines and targets.
