What will you be doing as an Administrator?
Working as part of a busy team, you ill be providing support to both internal and external team members. Duties will include:
1. Managing all aspects of a busy office including office equipment, and service contracts
2. Coordinating building repairs and cleaning services
3. Handling shipments and deliveries
4. Maintaining records for company equipment
5. Dealing with varied aspects of HR administration including onboarding, organising training and general personnel records
6. Ensuring compliance with all essential staff policies, safety procedures, and certification
7. Coordinating suppliers for the site
8. Assisting the sales team including quotes, lead evaluation and customer liaison
9. Maintaining project records and preparing relevant documents
10. Assisting with documents, both pre and post-sales including bid submissions

11. Strong skills in a similar fast paced and varied Administrator role
12. Experience in other areas such s Sales Administration or HR Administration would also be interesting skills
13. Comfortable using Word, Excel and email
14. Able to work to in a fast paced environment
