A boutique Wealth Management firm based in Huntingdon is looking to recruit an ambitious and motivated Financial Adviser to join its growing team. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone at the beginning of their advisory career who is looking for hands‑on mentoring, structured development, and the chance to build a long‑term career within a supportive and professional environment.
The firm is specifically seeking an individual who is eager to learn, develop their technical knowledge, and progress within a client‑focused Financial Planning business.
The Role
Working closely with experienced Advisers and senior members of the team, you will receive ongoing training and support while developing your advisory skills and client relationships.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting Advisers with client meetings and ongoing servicing
* Assisting in the preparation and delivery of financial planning recommendations
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Conducting research across pensions, investments, and protection products
* Managing client queries and providing a high level of service
* Ensuring client files and documentation remain compliant and accurate
* Developing your technical and advisory knowledge through structured mentoring and training
* Gradually taking on greater client responsibility as your experience develops
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* Level 4 Diploma qualified or be one exam away from completion
* Experience within a Financial Planning, Wealth Management, or IFA environment
* A genuine desire to build a long‑term career as a Financial Adviser
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A professional and client‑focused approach
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* The willingness to work office‑based as part of a collaborative and supportive team
