Job Overview
Our client, a market leading Data and Analytical business based in the heart of Newcastle is seeking an experienced EA to join their busy team. Working within a dynamic and rapidly growing Tech company you will work directly with the Partner Board team providing full support to maximise their effectiveness, streamline operations and help drive company growth. As an EA, you'll be the critical force that amplifies their Director's productivity and impact. You'll take ownership of their time management, communications and administrative workload, allowing them to focus on all Partner Board duties.
Location: Newcastle – 5 days in the office
Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 per annum

Executive Assistant Role
This is an exciting new role that presents an incredible opportunity for someone to take charge and help shape the direction of the company’s EA team. As EA, you will act as the right hand to the Partner Board team, managing their schedule, prioritising tasks and ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations.
Key Responsibilities
 * Optimise Director’s calendar by aligning schedules with business priorities, creating focused work blocks and ensuring effective meeting preparation
 * Proactively manage meeting quality through clear agendas, goals and contextual information
 * Conduct weekly time audits and optimise workflows to maximise productive time
 * Manage email & communication – streamline email with intelligent filtering, prioritisation and actionable summaries; draft professional communications that align with founders’ voice and strategic objectives; create systems to ensure only high‑priority communications require direct founder attention
 * Organise events and travel arrangements
 * Enhance internal engagement via surveys, documentation and process improvements
 * Support social media visibility and content repurposing
 * Prepare agendas, ensure all materials are ready for Board meetings, take detailed notes and track follow‑up actions from meetings
 * Other ad‑hoc tasks to ensure smooth running of the business and support the Board Team
Requirements
 * Proven experience as a career Executive Assistant working within the tech sector at C‑Suite/M‑D level
 * Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast‑paced environment
 * Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
 * High level of initiative and ability to work independently
 * Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Notion, etc.) and ability to pick up new ones easily
