We're looking for a Recruitment Officer to join our friendly in-house team. Recruitment Officers support the delivery of a smooth, efficient end-to-end recruitment process, managing ~40 vacancies at a time. From posting adverts and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, making offers and organising onboarding, you’ll handle the details accurately and professionally. You’ll ensure the business is compliant and holds accurate records. Working closely with hiring managers and candidates to help select the best people for each job, providing clear communication and timely updates to managers and candidates. This is a fast-paced role that suits someone who is customer service focussed, highly organised, detail-oriented and able to meet multiple deadlines. As part of a supportive HR team, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless recruitment service, while developing your skills and experience in a business that makes a real difference. Our team are based at our Trowbridge head-office at least 3 days a week, with the option to work from home up to 2 days per week- once fully trained and able to work independently. apetito is the UK’s leading food supplier to the health and social care sectors serving more than 1,300 care homes, health care and education settings.
