Range of Responsibilities to include:
Campaigns and Promotions:
1.Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns for new product launches and/or specific product categories
2.Work cross-functionally to develop and implement a calendar of national promotions, including all supporting materials & collateral
3.Track performance and adapt future campaigns for greater impact.
Customer and Sales Team Support:
1.Collaborate with key accounts, managing and executing bespoke marketing support calendars to support sales and share of business growth
2.Act as a go-to contact for customer marketing requests and opportunities
3.Provide marketing toolkits and assets that help merchants promote our products in-store and online
Digital Marketing:
1.Oversee website marketing content, performance & reporting, working against agreed KPIs
2.Manage social media activity, devising and implementing the social media content calendar, as well as providing regular reports & analytics
3.Lead the development and execution of email marketing campaigns utilising the Hubspot CRM platform
New Product Launches
1.Support new product launch planning, working cross-functionally to aid the marketing team’s contribution to new product introductions
Events & Exhibitions
1.Coordinate all customer / industry events & exhibitions that TIMCO attends, working with internal colleagues and external vendors to ensure clear event objectives are set and delivered·
Content and Communications:
1.Ensure high-quality marketing assets are produced across brochures, flyers, point-of-sale materials, digital content, and videos.
2.Oversee the design studio, ensuring incoming briefs are actioned efficiently, workloads are managed, and brand/style guidelines are adhered to
3.Support internal & external communications to engage employees and enhance the company’s brand / reputation
Team Management:
1.Lead and develop the B2B marketing team of Campaigns Coordinator, Marketing Admin Assistant and Design Studio
2.Conduct regular 1-2-1s, performance reviews and personal development planning.
Skills Required:
·Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably within building materials, construction or a wholesale environment.
·Strong understanding and experience of both traditional and digital marketing principles.
·Experience supporting a sales team and delivering customer marketing programmes.
·Experience working with marketing agencies
·Budget management experience
·Extensive CRM experience, preferably Hubspot
·Excellent project management skills — ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns.
·Line management experience and a proven ability to lead and develop a team.
