Role and responsibilities
Frames are at the heart of what we do, and this role is central to ensuring customers have access to stylish, high-quality, and ethically sourced eyewear. You'll be leading the commercial and strategic direction of our Frames category, driving growth, innovation, and value across our global supply chain. From shaping and owning the frame supply development strategies, covering supply security, growth, innovation, value optimisation, sustainability and compliance, to managing supplier partnerships and overseeing portfolio performance, you'll be the go-to person for making sure our frame offering is future-ready and commercially successful.
You'll drive commercial strategies that unlock value through efficiency and expansion, while championing continuous improvement and innovation in our commercial development practices. As the commercial voice for Frames, you'll represent the category in product governance forums and decision-making bodies, working closely with our Commercial teams to influence outcomes that align with our strategic goals.
This is a global role with real scope. You'll be working across regions, influencing decisions at a high level and presenting commercial insights to senior stakeholders to drive strategic decisions, supported by robust KPI tracking and reporting. You'll lead a talented team, leveraging a wider matrix network to deliver the frame supply plan, and build a function known for innovation, efficiency, and impact. And yes, there's travel involved! At least twice a year, you'll be heading overseas for a minimum of 7 days per trip, connecting with partners and suppliers to keep our global relationships strong and thriving.
Qualifications and experience
You'll bring extensive experience in supply chain and supplier management, ideally within Optics or FMCG environments with a global footprint and a global supply base. You'll bring strong commercial acumen, a strategic mindset, and the ability to lead through others, working cross functionally and within a matrix structure. Travel, location and team
This is a global role with real scope. The role involves cross-region collaboration and presenting insights to senior stakeholders. There is travel involved, with at least two overseas trips per year, each lasting a minimum of 7 days.
