About the Role As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the class teacher across a range of subjects. Provide targeted one-to-one and small group interventions. Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom atmosphere. Assist with planning and resource preparation. Monitor and track student progress. Support pupils with additional needs through bespoke interventions. Promote emotional well-being and positive behaviour.
