Your new role
As Bookkeeper, you’ll take ownership of the day‑to‑day financial operations supporting both the core business and its ongoing property developments. You’ll be a pivotal part of the office, ensuring financial accuracy,pliance, and well‑maintained records across multiple active projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing purchase and sales ledgers
2. Processing invoices, expenses, and payments
3. Bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records
4. Assisting with monthly preparation and reporting
5. Supporting the preparation of VAT returns
6. Working with external accountants where required
7. Providing financial admin support to project teams
What you'll need to succeed
8. Proven experience in bookkeeping or finance administration
9. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
10. Excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach
11. Confidentmunication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
12. Experience using accounting software (, Zero, Sage, QuickBooks) is beneficial.
13. A good understanding of finance processes andpliance
