About the apprenticeship
Duties
•Organising clients paperwork as and when required.
•Analysis work to assist in preparing quarterly VAT Returns and year-end Financial Accounts.
•Progressing to be responsible for the preparation of the above.
•Assist the payroll department in processing clients wages.
•Assist in the preparation of corporation and personal Tax Returns.
•Carry out other ad hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements
Qualifications
GCSE Math and EnglishThe applicants should be computer literate with a reasonable knowledge of Microsoft office, particularly excel and word.
A knowledge of accountancy software packages, in particular Sage, would be an advantage, however appropriate training would be provided.
