Monarch Education is recruiting a Full-Time English Teacher for a secondary school in Birmingham. We are partnering with a secondary school in Birmingham to appoint a qualified English Teacher. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering English lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with the possibility of teaching at Key Stage 5 depending on experience.
Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the national curriculum for English
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
* Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
* Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
* Contribute to the development and implementation of the English curriculum
Essential requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching English within a UK secondary school setting
* Knowledge of the UK secondary school curriculum for English
