Role Description

We're looking for a Campaign Manager to Join our Marketing Team to focus on informing fans of our great live events across the UK. From theatre to festivals, Cuffe and Taylor aim to engage fans in new and niche locations – and with this, a very specialised, thoughtful and creative approach to marketing is a must.

Cuffe & Taylor rank among the UK's leading live music and event promoters, specialising in promotion, production, and full-scale event management. They are known for delivering standout experiences for both artists and audiences, producing and promoting major festivals, stadium tours, arena concerts, and theatre productions across the UK and around the world.

Established in 2010 by business partners Daniel Cuffe and Peter Taylor, the company began with a single event — the Lytham Proms — held in their hometown of Lytham, Lancashire. That one-night show has since evolved into the five-day Lytham Festival, now drawing more than 100,000 attendees each summer. In addition to Lytham Festival, the company curates live music programmes at Scarborough Open Air Theatre and The Piece Hall in Halifax, presenting a series of high-profile performances throughout the summer season.

Their artist lineup spans a wide range of genres and generations, featuring globally recognised performers from pop, rock, and contemporary music.

In 2017, the company joined the Live Nation group, and in 2018 broadened its scope by launching a theatre touring division led by Ben Hatton. This arm of the business has since delivered thousands of performances in theatres across the UK and internationally, covering everything from live podcasts and television adaptations to major musical theatre productions.

Its theatre portfolio includes stage shows inspired by major TV brands, celebrity-led tours, and successful tribute productions, along with performances by acclaimed West End and Broadway stars. The division continues to expand year on year.

In 2023, the company received an Olivier Award for Best Family Show for its original production, Hey Duggee – The Live Theatre Show.

Who you are

Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience

* Demonstrable experience in digital marketing
* Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously while achieving deadlines
* Demonstrate passion for fans and understanding what makes them tick
* CIM Diploma or similar would be advantageous
* Confident data analyst
* Experience in Google Analytics / Quant cast
* Experience in Facebook Business tools, especially advertising
* Experience in leading email initiatives - Mailchimp or similar
* Integrate, research and report on new technologies
* Budget management
* Website, SEO and data management

What the role includes

* Creating innovative and bespoke campaigns including understanding audience profiles and how they consume media
* Managing multiple projects simultaneously, whilst achieving deadlines
* Leading on e-mail initiatives - working on email campaigns across various C&T Brands using Mailchimp software
* Segmentation – Understanding and implementing segmentation strategies to serve the best Artist to the right Fan
* Website management – working on CMS systems to add new events to the website and creating a Website Link Strategy for optimum sales conversions
* Data management – manage, maintain and grow databases
* Integrate, research and report on new technologies.
* Real-Time – Spot opportunities to news jack across our digital channels
* Budget management – Manage show budgets and report on ROI
* Governance – Ensuring all Organisations data entry points are compliant
* Trend setting – R&D the newest ways to communicate with Fans
* Reporting – Manage effective reports on a weekly basis for all on going campaigns
