As a Lead School Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and clinical leadership within a specialist educational setting. You’ll join a charity renowned for its exceptional rehabilitation, education, and community support services, all designed to enhance the lives of children and their families.
Responsibilities as a Lead School Nurse:
* Provide strong leadership and clinical supervision to the School Health Team
* Deliver safe, person-centred care for children with complex medical needs
* Lead immunisation initiatives and health promotion across the school
* Coordinate and evaluate nursing interventions in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
* Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold clinical best practices

What We’re Looking For:
* NMC Registered Nurse (Registered Children’s Nurse or Registered Learning Disability Nurse)
* Experience in managing complex health needs
* Minimum two years' experience at Band 6 or equivalent level
* Confident leader with strong decision-making and communication skills
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and writing professional clinical reports
