About the role
As a Receptionist / Assistant PA you will be reporting to the company director and clinic director to learn all the roles of clinic employees.
At this highly regarded clinic, a client-focused approach and exceptional professionalism is integral to everything they do, and your responsibilities will include:
* Dealing with client enquiries regarding treatments and facilities
* Learning numerous roles within the clinic is necessary
* Supporting the daily operations of the office
* Offering administrative support to the office
* Troubleshooting issues proactively whilst using initiative
* Overseeing stock control and handling financial transactions
There is also the possibility of getting involved in national and international expansion across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East
About you
For the role of Receptionist / Assistant PA, experience in a similar role or a recruitment, healthcare, and medical sales background would be advantageous but is not essential and you must have / be:
* Well-presented and well spoken
* Motivated, reliable, and driven
* Must be an empathetic and accommodating individual
About the hours and rewards
The role of Receptionist / Assistant PA is a full-time position that will include working two weeknights (until 8pm) and Saturdays and you will receive an excellent salary of £23,000 to £27,000 per year depending on experience.
