The Role
* Full-time, permanent position

* Deliver AV support for lessons, assemblies, performances, and special events
* Work closely with a friendly and collaborative technical team
* Help ensure the smooth running of AV systems across the school site

* Practical experience with AV equipment, including sound, lighting, projection, and video
* Ability to set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV systems
* Knowledge of relevant health and safety and electrical best practices
* Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
* Clear communication and a helpful, professional manner
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
