This is a varied general practice position where you will take ownership of a well established portfolio of accounts and tax clients, including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies across a broad mix of sectors.
You will work closely with the director and management team, playing an active part in the continued development and future growth of the firm.
Key responsibilities:
Manage a varied portfolio of clients including sole traders, LLPs and limited companies
Deliver a full range of business advisory and accountancy services
Support the strategic planning and delivery of the firm’s business services
Drive the growth of the portfolio through client development and new opportunities
Oversee and support key projects and internal initiatives
Lead, mentor and develop the team to ensure high standards of service

RequirementsAccountancy Practice Director Chatham
ACA or ACCA qualified, or equivalent
Strong background in general practice with solid experience across financial reporting, management accounts and tax
Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
Confident leader with strong people skills and the ability to motivate and support a team
