Job Description
Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to work on a part time basis for a company based in Crawley, West Sussex. This is a varied part time Accounts Assistant role which will be supporting with the everyday finances such as; supplier invoices, credit control, reconciliations etc. This is a temporary Finance Assistant role to start ASAP.
Hours: Part time 3 days a week - 4 hours a day (Mon/Tues/Thurs)
Location: Crawley - Office based - Parking onsite
Accounts Assistant duties:
* Processing invoices
* Credit control; chasing and processing payments
* Reconciliations
* Raise credit notes and invoices using Sage
* Handling supplier invoice or payment queries
Skills and experience required:
* Proven Accounts - Finance support experience, working in a similar accounting role
* Excellent communications skills
* Good IT skills. Experience of using Sage and Excel
