What you'll do
You will support the delivery of product ranges aligned with sales and stock targets, analyze weekly trading performance, and identify opportunities and issues. You will manage category and SKU forecasts to optimize sales, stock, and margins. Collaborating with the replenishment team, you'll plan allocations and launches to meet stock and availability goals. Your analytical skills and proficiency with merchandising systems will drive efficiency and stock availability. You will also handle order management, maintain data accuracy, and ensure compliance with legal and sustainability standards. Building strong stakeholder relationships will be key to your success in this role.
Who you are
We are looking for a driven, passionate individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You may have previous experience in merchandising or be a recent graduate with relevant knowledge. Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills, along with proficiency in Excel, are essential. Your proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to build positive relationships will make you a valuable team member committed to delivering excellent customer-focused products.
