Role overview
We are seeking an experienced Partnerships Team Coordinator to drive fresh thinking and delivery against strategic partnership objectives and to support the team as we prepare to join the grid for the 2026 Formula 1 season. You will help develop relationships with official partners and work with the team to deliver seamless experiences across projects.
Responsibilities
* Assist with research on current and prospective sponsors, including background information and partnership opportunities
* Contribute creative and strategic suggestions to enhance sponsor engagement and internal processes
* Conduct in-depth data analysis of partner insights through third-party platforms for event partners, including evaluation of key event data to provide actionable insights
* Take clear notes during sponsor meetings and monitor follow-up actions to ensure timely completion
* Support the wider partnerships team with various administrative needs
* Help maintain and update the sponsorship rights matrix to track entitlements and deliverables
* Support the management of CRM system to manage sponsor data
* Provide administrative and operational support to the Partnership and Commercial Team
* Work closely with the marketing team to provide pitch decks, slides and materials for partner meetings
Qualifications / Requirements
* Knowledge or experience working in sports / sports business
* Proven experience with Microsoft Office, with focus on Excel and PowerPoint
* Experience in brand or marketing campaigns is desirable but not essential
* Able to work simultaneously on different projects across time zones
* Versatile mindset and ability to swap between tasks as needed
* Degree in Marketing, Economics or Business
* Ability to build strong relationships and maintain regular dialogue with all teams
* Proactive and self-sufficient with excellent interpersonal skills and a confident, determined approach
