You’ll step in as a Temporary Accountant/Finance Assistant for 1–3 months, supporting both office and client accounting. This is a hands‑on role covering core AP, payments and reconciliations.
Your new role
Key responsibilities include:
- Posting client disbursement invoices
- Processing office supplier invoices
- Running weekly payments-pleting bank reconciliations
- Managing office & client bank transfers
- Processing employee expenses
- Supporting the Finance Manager with ad‑hoc and month‑end tasks
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong AP and transactional finance experience
- Professional services background (legal helpful but not essential)
- Confidentmunicator who can approach partners when needed
- Tech‑savvy andfortable picking up new systems
- No accounting qualification required
