This role requires a confident and visible leader who can inspire, support, and develop a team of nurses and healthcare professionals. You will be accountable for maintaining high standards of clinical practice, patient safety, and regulatory compliance. We are looking for a Registered Nurse (Adult) with significant oncology experience and a proven track record in team leadership or ward management.
