We are delighted to offer an opportunity to join our outstanding pastoral team as a Family Liaison Officer. This vital pastoral support role is central to ensuring the smooth operation of our school and supporting the well-being and success of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assisting the head of year and attendance officer with the monitoring and improvement of student attendance
2. Supporting the pastoral care of students, ensuring they feel valued and encouraged and able to meet all school expectations.
3. Providing administrative support for year group operations.
4. To act as support for students and families who are disengaged with education, at risk of EHE or permanently exclusion.
We are looking for an organised, proactive, and resilient individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to helping students achieve their best.
