About the Role
We are partnering with an exciting and growing engineering/construction business that is expanding due to continued success and strong client demand. As part of this growth, they are seeking an experienced and high-calibre Project Manager to take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple site-based projects.
Reporting into senior leadership, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership
* Lead and manage multiple live projects from inception through to completion
* Ensure programmes, budgets, and quality standards are met
* Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks
Stakeholder Management
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams
* Build and maintain strong relationships based on trust and transparency
* Effectively manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle
Commercial & Operational Oversight
* Monitor project performance and financial controls
* Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
* Support business growth through strong and consistent project delivery
Experience & Skills Required
Essential
* Significant experience in construction or engineering project delivery
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Proven track record of delivering complex site-based projects
* Experience working within Tier 1 or Tier 2 environments
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Desirable
* Experience moving from a large corporate environment into a smaller business
* Familiarity with fast-paced, flexible working environments
* Experience developing and retaining high-performing teams
