The Trade Centre Group has a fantastic opportunity for an Aftersales Service Manager to join the UK's largest independent used car supermarket. We are looking for motivated and professional individuals who strive for the very best level of service in all aspects of work.

Requirements
* Valid UK driving license required
* Great communication skills and build rapport with our customers
* Previous experience within this position would be an advantage – but not essential
* Mechanical background / experience is preferred – but not essential
* To always be well-presented with a desire, character, and attitude to succeed
Role and Responsibilities
* Manage a dynamic and dedicated Aftersales department – motivating a team to deliver industry leading customer service
* Be customer focused - develop rapport and maintain excellent relations with our customers
* Demonstrate strong leadership skills, driven by achieving/exceeding company targets
* Oversee aspects of Workshop & Parts department, working together as one team
* Liaise with finance companies and third party garages – ensuring all work is completed
