What youll do as the Senior Vehicle Technician:
* Lead complex diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
* Mentor and guide junior technicians and apprentices.

* Support the owner in building a high-performance, professional team.
Requirements of the Senior Vehicle Technician:
* NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
* MOT Tester qualification.
* 10+ years vehicle mechanics experience, including diagnostics.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Experience supervising or mentoring is a bonus.
