Salary: £50,000 – £60,000
Working Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Working Pattern: Office & Site Based (Hybrid after probation)
We're looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our growing team within the AV and live events industry. This is a hands-on role managing the full delivery of high-end corporate and private events across London and surrounding areas.
You'll take ownership of projects from initial client brief through to on-site delivery and post-event completion, ensuring every event is executed to the highest standard. The role requires a strong technical understanding of audio, video and lighting systems, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end delivery of live event projects from brief through to completion
* Meet with clients to understand requirements, prepare quotations, and present project proposals
* Oversee projects valued up to £250K while managing multiple live projects at any one time
* Coordinate and manage both freelance contractors and permanent technical staff
* Conduct site visits, client meetings, and supervise technical teams during event delivery
* Maintain project budgets, timelines, logistics, and overall client satisfaction throughout the process
Required Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience in event project management within the AV/live events industry
* Strong technical knowledge of audio, video, and lighting systems
* Experience managing corporate and/or private events from concept to delivery
* Excellent organisational, communication, xsngvjr and client management skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
* Full UK driving licence preferred
Desired Skills
* Experience using AutoCAD
* Knowledge of current rental management software platforms
