Role Description
We are looking for a
Key Account Manager
to join our team at our Otley based office. You will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with national retail chains, as well as supporting new business opportunities. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a brand led environment and is confident owning key retail accounts.
Qualifications
* Experience in Account Management and managing Key Accounts
* Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data
* Proficiency in Business Planning and strategic thinking
* Excellent Customer Service skills and client relationship management
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Experience in the retail industry is a plus
