Overview:
Tiny Tots Nursery, a children's nursery in Cumbernauld, catering to children from birth to 5 years of age, is seeking a dedicated 3-4's Room Senior to join our passionate team. As our business continues to grow, we are committed to providing high-quality care in a nurturing environment for children and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and drive in managing the nursery room effectively
- Oversee childcare activities and ensure the well-being of all children
- Utilise your expertise in early childhood education to create engaging and educational experiences
- Communicate effectively with children, colleagues, and families
- Foster a supportive and safe environment for all children in the nursery
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a cohesive and positive atmosphere
Requirements:
- Qualified Early Years Practitioner with a HNC in Early Learning & Childcare/Childhood Practice
- Desirably a leadership qualification in Early Years such as PDA, HND or B.A. in Childhood Practice/Studies
- Demonstrated experience working with children in a nursery setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proficiency in English language, both verbal and written
- Excellent communication skills to engage with children, colleagues, and families
