This is a company that never stands still and is always looking for ways to improve their offering and the efficiency of what they do. They are looking to bring design in-house by appointing a company Architect / Architectural Technologist who will be client facing and deliver feasibility projects and design proposals to clients, then continue to work on projects through all RIBA stages. This is a unique opportunity where you will have the scope to use your creative flair through design stages, but just as importantly you must be able to offer technical know-how through construction stages. During later stages you will work as part of a Project Team, including Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Buyers and Design Managers.
