Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum + Car Allowance + Benefits + Bonus
Responsibilities:
* Conduct property valuations and assessments.
* Provide expert advice on property transactions.
* Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Relevant degree in surveying or related field.
* Professional qualification (MRICS or equivalent) preferred.
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
