Are you passionate about supporting young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?
Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated and empathetic SEN Learning Support Assistant to work across a range of secondary schools in Bradford on a supply basis.
You’ll be working closely with teachers and SENCOs to support pupils with additional learning needs, including ASD, ADHD, and social, emotional, or communication difficulties. Some pupils may also require assistance with personal care, so compassion, respect, and professionalism are key.
✨ What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience working with SEN students in UK schools (essential)
* Willingness and ability to provide personal care when required
* Experience following and supporting pupils’ EHCPs (preferred)
* A patient, caring, and proactive approach
* The ability to adapt and build positive relationships with students
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
