Software Product) Application Support Analyst: Duties
* Manage and resolve client facing support tickets
* Triage issues, investigate and understand root cause analysis
* Improve service performance
* Implement root causes analysis and fixes
* Effective documentation
* Support users during incidents and fixes
* User access management
* Work with software development team

* SQL
