Our Bathgate location in Scotland, UK is an integral part of Catalent’s European clinical supply services network. The facility has a comprehensive range of capabilities to support sponsors’ studies throughout the UK, Europe and beyond, including clinical supply management, FastChain® demand-led supply, clinical-scale commercial packaging, and QP release services.
We are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Supervisor to lead and manage key operational areas within our supply chain function, including Clinical Storage, Distribution, and Pre-Distribution teams. This role is critical to ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and delivering against key performance metrics such as Ready To Execute (RTE), On Time Delivery (OTD), and financial targets.
The Role:
1. Lead daily operations across Clinical Storage, Distribution, and Pre-Distribution teams, ensuring performance against KPIs.
2. Manage service level agreements, allocate workloads, and oversee training to support team development and succession planning.
3. Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, handle escalations, and ensure effective communication across interfaces.
