This Support Team Leader / Service Manager role is focused on supporting adults with learning disabilities, alongside individuals with mental health needs, complex needs, and some mobility challenges. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Support Team Leader or Service Manager who is committed to delivering high-quality care and empowering individuals with learning disabilities to live independently within their community in York. The Role - Support Team Leader / Service Manager As a Support Team Leader / Service Manager in York, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team delivering specialist support to adults with learning disabilities. The Support Team Leader / Service Manager will ensure person-centred support is consistently delivered, maintaining high standards of care, compliance, and positive outcomes.
