We’re looking for an Inside Sales Team Leader, based in our Cannock office.

What You’ll Do
* Proactively coach and mentor the Inside Sales Team to create a high-performing sales culture.
* Have a strong focus on developing and increasing New Business.
* Work closely with the Inside Sales Manager to develop a competitive sales strategy.
* Lead and manage team performance to meet profitability targets and KPI’s.
* Qualify leads, create opportunities, close orders, and actively pursue new business opportunities.
* Act as a CRM champion, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information across the team.
* Monitor customer satisfaction and maintain high service standards.
* Network internally and externally to build expert knowledge and maintain competitive awareness.
* Lead or co-lead projects and initiatives, driving continuous improvement and change management.
You’ll Have The Following Skills And Experience
* Proven track record of maintaining and building sales in challenging environments.
* Experience in power generation or Temperature Control rental industries would be beneficial.
* Experience leading a high-performing sales team.
* Customer-focused, solution and results-oriented.
* Financial and commercial awareness.
* Strong problem-solving and technical aptitude.
* Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
