Job Description
As a Business Analyst focused on products in Banking, propositions, and front office at Deloitte Digital, you will play a critical role in helping Retail Banking companies achieve their business objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to work with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements related to Banking products, propositions, and front office operations. You will analyze and document business processes and workflows related to Banking products and propositions. Additionally, you will develop functional specifications and use cases for Banking products and propositions, collaborate with technical teams to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and are aligned with overall product and proposition strategies, and participate in testing and quality assurance activities related to Banking products and propositions.
Responsibilities
* Provide support during implementation and post‑implementation phases, including user training and support.
* Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops related to Banking products and propositions.
* Identify and document risks and issues related to Banking products and propositions, and provide recommendations for mitigation.
* Develop and maintain project documentation related to Banking products and propositions.
* Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices in Banking products and propositions.
Qualifications
* Strong understanding of Retail Banking or experience with Retail Banking clients in a similar role.
* Experience in developing functional specifications and use cases.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Experience in working with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
* Experience in project management and delivering projects on time and within budget.
* Relevant certifications such as CBAP or CCBA are a plus.
