The postholder: To safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people and follow school and Trust policies including the staff code of conduct. To provide administrative support that facilitates the effective and efficient running of the BMS. Duties will include: The production of high quality accurate reports and documentation; To assist with the dealing of queries and complaints procedures; Filing and record keeping; Reception duties within the BMS; To assist in the development of information systems; Desirable Attributes · Experience working in a busy office environment · Knowledge of Arbor or similar school management systems · High standards of written and spoken English Shireland Collegiate Academy Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects its entire staff to share this commitment.
