We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Learning Support Assistant to join our vibrant team in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity to support students with diverse needs and help unlock their full potential.

Your Role:
* Provide tailored support to pupils with SEND, SEMH or learning difficulties
* Work alongside class teachers to adapt materials and resources
* Foster independence and confidence in pupils through patient, consistent support
* Support behaviour strategies and encourage positive classroom routines
* Keep clear records of progress and contribute to EHCP reviews where needed
* Help create an engaging, safe, and structured learning environment
About You:
* Experience working with children or young people (ideally in schools, youth work, or SEN settings)
* Passionate about supporting students with additional needs
* Confident working 1:1 and in small group interventions
* Resilient, empathetic, and adaptable – every day is different!
* Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (desirable, not essential)
* Team player with a can-do attitude and a calm, nurturing approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
