I am currently recruiting for an Electrical Test Technician to work for a leading Engineering organisation based in London. Salary up to £35,800 OTE £48,800 + Benefits

Due to a further expansion in the demand of their product range, the organisation has the need to appoint an Electrical Test Engineer on a permanent basis.
In this role as an Electrical Test Technician, your primary responsibility will be troubleshooting and fault finding heavy duty machinery and capital equipment on the shop floor prior to it being shipped to a customer to ensure its fully functional. This will include PLCs and will typically be at systems level opposed to component. It will also be a hands on role and you could get involved in cabling, building panels, crimping and soldering.
Responsibilities
* Troubleshoot and fault find heavy duty machinery and capital equipment on the shop floor prior to shipment to customers to ensure full functionality.
* Work at systems level, including PLCs.
* Perform hands-on tasks such as cabling, building panels, crimping and soldering.
Ideal Requirements
* A minimum of 3 years experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, Electrical Test Technician, or similar
* Excellent fault-finding skills
* Knowledge of trouble shooting and fault finding on PLCs
Desirable
* Understanding of Pneumatics
* Knowledge of trouble shooting HMI
