About the Opportunity This is a strategic appointment for a Director or senior Managing Associate with a strong track record in Employment Law. The Role Act as a senior figure in the Manchester Employment team Lead on key client relationships and support growth through referrals Drive business development and help shape the team's direction Guide and mentor junior lawyers Play a part in firmwide strategy and cross-office collaboration What You’ll Bring Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 10 PQE in Employment Law A solid following and/or active referral network Experience advising on high-value or complex employment matters Strategic mindset and commercial awareness Desire to help build and lead a successful team Why This Firm?
