They represent quality Suppliers offering a wide range of products including lumber, logs, boules, semi-finished products and much more. With a responsible approach, they take pride in trading timber globally, ensuring they nurture their client and supplier relationships.
Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a Traders Administrator to be based out of their Croydon offices for four days per week, with one day working from home.
As their Traders Administrator you will support timber traders in selling their product from sources in Africa, North America, South America, Europe and the Far East to customers worldwide.
Traders Administrator – Responsibilities
- Handling telephone and email enquiries, offers, queries, shipping intentions, freight files, complaints, issuing contracts and managing traders' correspondence and calendars.
- Handling private and confidential correspondence and advising of current issues.
- Day to day contact with regular customers/suppliers, developing relationships and demonstrating a high degree of professionalism. Developing knowledge of customers' businesses and suppliers' capabilities.
