Job Description The Finance & Risk Manager is responsible for optimising vehicle funding, pricing, and financial documentation processes to maximise profitability and ensure operational excellence. The role plays a key part in managing residual values, maintaining strong funder relationships, supporting sales teams with competitive pricing solutions, and ensuring compliance across finance activities. Generate Contract Hire quotations. Review pricing of all vehicles prior to delivery. Decide funding placement to maximise profit. Review RV of all deals prior to delivery and determine percentage used. Authorise documentation promptly to support delivery timelines. Upload vehicles to funders, generate and manage documentation, signatures, and payouts. Secure funding approvals for customers before order placement. Gather data on profit and RV fluctuations. Report monthly and annually on profits, RVs, and maintenance reductions. Provide finance solutions for GUS customers including quotes, proposals, document signing, and payouts. Manage all Novation requests, approvals, documentation, and changes. Assist with competitive pricing support for the sales team. Maintain strong relationships with Finance Companies. Administrator of SAF tests. Participate in Credit Committee and present proposals in weekly meetings. Take responsibility for competitive pricing decisions. Support compliance for finance documentation and record keeping. Hold proactive meetings with sales regarding credit requirements. Quarterly review of lost deals and pricing adjustments. Support used car proposals. Support Salary Sacrifice presentations for new customers. Reschedule deals based on mileage changes. Create Master Hire Agreements for new customers.
