About the Role
As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers are delighted with their home remodels. Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting service visits post-project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Diagnosing errors or technical issues and providing effective solutions.
* Creating timely and detailed service reports.
* Handling a variety of service projects, including:
o Repairing showers, tubs, and plumbing leaks.
o Wrapping windows and replacing window sashes.
o Installing shower doors and performing interior trim work.
o Taping and mudding sheetrock, drywall patching, and more!
o General caulking and cleaning tasks.
Key Qualifications
* 2-5 years of experience in the remodeling industry.
* A valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
* Ability to read, understand, and follow safety procedures.
* Quick grasp of complex concepts.
* Commitment to high-quality work standards.
* Excellent planning and organizational skills.
